Knotel signs deal for two floors at 369 Lexington Avenue

Knotel, which bills itself at “the premier agile workspace provider,” announced that it has completed a new lease totaling 11,176 s/f at Triangle Assets’ 369 Lexington Avenue in Midtown East.

Knotel will operate the entire 6th and 11th floors of the 28-story, 175,000 s/f office tower, which is located one block from Grand Central Station.

“We are seeing a surge in demand for flexible office from the Fortune 500 companies located near Grand Central,” said Eugene Lee, Global Head of Real Estate and Business Development for Knotel. “As more and more companies revisit Midtown East, we will be here to support them.”

Aziz Kabbaj and Robbert Chattah of Sitt Ventures represented Knotel in the transaction, while the landlord Triangle Assets was represented in-house.

Knotel, founded in New York City three years ago, has quickly expanded nationally and internationally, with additional locations in San Francisco, London, Berlin, Paris, Los Angeles and Brazil. Knotel designs, builds and operates custom spaces for established and growing companies of 50 employees or more. Today, over 200 companies call Knotel home.
