Juice Press leases space at SL Green’s 625 Madison Avenue

Newmark Grubb Knight Frank (NGKF) Retail announced the completion of a 12-year lease for Juice Press at 625 Madison Avenue, where the organic juice, smoothie and vegan food producer will take 951 square feet for its newest shop.

NGKF Retail’s Associate Director Adam Weinblatt represented Juice Press, while Executive Vice President Jeffrey D. Roseman and Managing Director Nevin Danziger represented the Landlord, SL Green Realty Corp.
Weinblatt recently secured additional locations for Juice Press at 350 Amsterdam, which opened in January, and 207 Seventh Avenue in Park Slope, which is slated to open this spring.

Surrounded by Madison Avenue’s world-class luxury retailers, hotels and restaurants, Juice Press will be joining Diesel, Lavo, Stuart Weitzman, Canali and Philipp Plein at the base of 625 Madison Avenue.
“We strategically sought out 625 Madison, as it provided Juice Press an excellent opportunity to strengthen its presence in the neighborhood while filling a void between two of its nearby locations,” said Weinblatt.

“The demographics of surrounding office tenants and high-end retailers are a perfect match for Juice Press’ customer base, and the store will benefit from strong pedestrian flow along 59th street.”
