JLL rolls out new franchise

JLL has completed nine separate retail transactions, totaling 17,897 s/f, for Burgerim franchisees throughout New Jersey.

“Burgerim is a popular, fast-growing burger restaurant chain that offers a diverse menu of sliders with options for everyone and every diet,” said Marta Villa, JLL senior vice president who led a tram that included Conor Ryan, Blake Shanaphy and Michel Asayag, president and CEO, of Home Quest Properties Corp.

“The tenants chose locations in well-known retail shopping environments that were very well-populated with synergistic retailers. These are very densely populated retail markets overall, with an equally growing number of new residential rooftops coming in year-over-year, with a very diverse demographic mix.”

Leases were signed in Englewood, Centennial Plaza shopping center in Piscataway, Union retail center, the Gateway at Metuchen, Elmwood Park, Cranford, Bergenfield, and New Brunswick.
