
DTZ announced that it has negotiated a long-term lease consolidation and expansion for Presidio Networked Solutions at One Penn Plaza, bringing its total occupancy up to 14,106 s/f.
Headquartered in New York with over 65 offices across the United States that utilize a local delivery model, Presidio provides professional and managed services for advanced IT solutions.
The need for additional office space is a result of Presidio‘s 2012 acquisition of BlueWater Communications Group, a 16th floor tenant at One Penn Plaza. Presidio will consolidate its current 19th floor occupancy with BlueWater into a single office on the 28th floor.
Vice president John Pavone and associate Nick Bates of DTZ’s Manhattan office represented Presidio in negotiations with Craig Panzirer, senior vice president of leasing at Vornado Realty Trust, representing Vornado, the building owner.
One Penn Plaza is a 57-story, 2,585,000 s/f building situated between 33rd and 34th Streets and between 7th and 8th Avenues.
Final terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
