More than 200 brokers attended RFR Realty’s “Sunset Cocktail Party” in the Penthouse at 17 State Street, a 42-story boutique office tower that sits across from Battery Park and offers views of the New York harbor, Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island.
Availabilities at the Emery Roth and Sons-designed building include a 30,000 s/f duplex that consists of a contiguous two-floor block at the top of the building, as well as pre-builts ranging from 6,500 to 9,900 s/f.
Among recent leases at the building, global advisory firm StoneTurn Group LLP relocated and doubled its space to a 13,100 s/f full floor. The tenant has been in the building since 2014. In addition, DDCD & Partners Inc., an advertising agency that has been located at 17 State since 2011, relocated to a tower floor unit.
RFR’s director of leasing AJ Camhi and vice president of leasing Ryan Silverman, along with JLL’s Mitchell Konsker, John Wheeler and Clayton Kline represented the ownership.
