Francis Greenburger, founder and CEO of full-service real estate firm Time Equities Inc., hosted the 2017 Francis J. Greenburger Awards, an event which aims to award and acknowledge contemporary artists who have not been fully recognized by the public, at New York City’s New Museum at 235 Bowery Street. The event was presented by Art Omi, a not-for-profit arts organization also founded by Greenburger, that provides resources for international visual artists, writers, musicians and dancers through funding, residences programs and other offerings. Winners at this year’s ceremony included Gary Lang, Ryszard Wasko, Judy Pfaff, Lorraine O’Grady and Barry Le Va.
