Howard Lorber, chairman of Douglas Elliman, hosted a cocktail party to celebrate the opening of 42 Crosby, the Annabelle Selldorf designed expression of SoHo’s cast iron buildings. Elliman’s Madeline Hult Elghanayan & Kirk Rundhaug have taken over sales and marketing and toured brokers and guests through the 2 and 3 bedroom residences. 42 Crosby has a porte-cochère entrance, robotic parking system, floor-to-ceiling windows and the modern details.
