Greenpoint’s first skyscraper, The Greenpoint, celebrated the unveiling of its sales gallery with an exclusive launch party in the space. Located a few blocks from the 40-story waterfront condominium, the sales center enabled guests to experience the condominium’s features as well as get a sense of its amenities. In attendance were a number of executives from Mack Real Estate Group, including Richard and Stephen Mack, as well as Kelly Kennedy Mack, Gordon Hoppe and Jodi Stasse from Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group. The Greenpoint is being developed by Mack Real Estate Group and Palin Enterprises, in conjunction with Urban Development Partners. To offer a taste of the neighborhood, The Greenpoint partnered with local establishments Ramona, known for its craft cocktails, and all day cafe Norman, by Scandinavian chefs Fredrik Berselius and Claus Meyer.
