LAS-VEGAS: Nearly 40,0000 people are in Las Vegas this week for the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) RECon 2017.
The convention officially kicks off today, but the networking started Saturday night when Eastern Consolidated hosted the first of the many parties associated with this annual retail fest.
