More than 200 guests gathered to celebrate the launch of sales for 70 Charlton Street, Extell Development Company’s latest residential development in West Soho. Guests were given an exclusive preview of the newly opened sales center, which features detailed finishing that will be offered in the 92 luxury residences. Extell’s founder and CEO Gary Barnett was in attendance along with principles from the architecture firm Beyer Blinder Belle and interior design shop Workshop/APD – the design team for the development. 70 Charlton launched sales to a waiting list of over 500 names; as the first residential building to break ground since the 2013 Hudson Square rezoning, it is leading the residential revitalization in the area.
