NAI James E. Hanson has been hired as the exclusive leasing agent for the 109,544 s/f Washington Town Center at 315 Pascack Road in Washington Township, New Jersey.
Currently, eight retail units — ranging from 1,310 to 3,205 s/f – are unoccupied. A 1,322 s/f office is available for lease as well.
Jill Gordon will lead marketing and leasing efforts. Her team has already signed new leases with two retailers, who will have grand openings in the spring of 2015.
Under new management by De Mattheis Real Estate, the center is undergoing a number of upgrades, including updated landscaping and lighting.
