CBRE Group, Inc., New Jersey, announced that it has arranged a 172,249 s/f lease for Moulton Fulfillment, a logistics and full-service order fulfillment house that offers customizable, direct-to-consumer and 3PL capabilities, at 200 Docks Corner Road in South Brunswick, N.J.
Thomas Monahan, senior vice president; Noah Balanoff, first vice president, and Anastasia Lazarides, client services specialist, of CBRE’s New Jersey office, along with Bennett Robinson, executive vice president, of CBRE’s Universal City, CA office, represented Moulton Fulfillment in the transaction.
The company’s search was prompted by its need for a distribution center in New Jersey in order to expand company operations in the region.
“200 Docks Corner Road is ideally suited to meet all of Moulton Fulfillment’s needs, as the company continues to build its presence in the state,” said Monahan.
“The property offers convenient access to key roadways and provides all of the amenities that are key to the success of distribution operations.”
The property, owned by Prologis, consists of 1,205,621 s/f of warehouse space, up to 36-foot ceiling heights, 40-by-50-foot column spacing, 136 dock doors, eight drive-in doors, car and trailer parking stalls able to accommodate multiple tenants.
