Graphiq, a semantic technology and data visualization company, announced an expanded collaboration with property information and analytics firm, CoreLogic.
The collaboration will enable Graphiq to visualize and deliver proprietary data through its interactive visualization API, providing instant access to data on 150 million properties in the US.
CoreLogic provides property-level insights to real estate companies and developers through raw data applications.
Graphiq will leverage its platform and team of data scientists to build turn-key data solutions that reduce time to market and implementation costs for real estate companies and developers.
With this collaboration, CoreLogic will provide raw data assets to Graphiq, where the data will be ingested, structured, and built into dynamic, interactive visualizations.
Graphiq will then provide a dedicated Real Estate API, where easily embeddable, fully responsive data visualizations can be programmatically retrieved and scalably implemented across a customer’s digital experiences.
“What’s unique about this collaboration is that we’re not just passing through CoreLogic data, we’re adding value by managing, visualizing and delivering insights directly to customers,” said Alex Rosenberg, VP/GM of Enterprise at Graphiq.
“By internalizing the complexity of real estate data sets, utilizing our staff of researchers and knowledge platform, we’re able to create turn-key solutions for clients and build products in a few days that would generally take customers 3-6 months to implement.
For CoreLogic, this collaboration gives the data provider access to a new sales channel and asset type that addresses a major pain point for its existing and future clients.
“We’re expanding our existing relationship with Graphiq because of their unique data platform and the ability of their team to quickly deliver modular visualization tools to the real estate industry,” said Chris Bennett, general manager of Real Estate Solutions at CoreLogic.
“Having a powerful, scalable solution will help address a major gap in the marketplace, while also allowing us to diversify and strengthen our product offerings. We look forward to working with Graphiq and integrating their visualization tools into our products and services in the future.”
According to Rosenberg, “The project ROI improvements are massive, and will substantially improve data accessibility in the real estate space. Our visualizations increase time on site by up to 40 percent, so we’re excited to offer a solution to customers that not only improves their data coverage, but also helps drive engagement and ultimately, conversions and sales.”
