ATCO Properties & Management announced the following leases:
- Levy, Sonet & Siegel, LLP, a boutique law firm, signed a three-year lease renewal at 630 Third Avenue. The lease encompasses 5,305 s/f on the entire top floor at the 23-story office building. The firm, which has been in the building since 1989, will remain until 2019. Kate Goodman, co-president at ATCO, made the announcement noting that 5,506s/f of space remains available for lease at the property. ATCO Brokerage Services represented building ownership in-house and the tenant in the transaction. Asking rent was $65 per square foot.
- Data and analytics firm Knowledgent Group, Inc. signed a seven-year, 4,747 s/f lease comprising a portion of the 10th floor at 381 Park Avenue South, at the southeast corner of East 27th Street. The firm expects to relocate from 1177 Avenue of the Americas to the building by end of summer 2016. Knowledgent Group, Inc. was represented by Chris Kraus of Jones Lang LaSalle in the long-term transaction, while Jarad Winter of ATCO Brokerage Services represented ownership in-house. Asking rents were $68 per square foot.
- Sepp Leaf Products renewed its 4,617 s/f lease on the 13th floor of 381 Park Avenue South for another three years. With the new lease, the company will remain at 381 Park Avenue South until the year 2019. Sepp Leaf Products, Inc. was represented by Peter Goldich of ATCO Brokerage Services. Asking rents were $68 per square foot.

Reckson, a Division of SL Green Realty Corp., announced that Logistic Innovations, LLC, signed a lease for 3,110 s/f of office space at 200 Summit Lake Drive, Valhalla, NY. William V. Cuddy, Jr., Brian Carcaterra, Michael McCall and Jacqueline Novotny, CBRE, represented the landlord along with Robert Swierbut, Vice President.

Evergreen Insurance & Risk Management announced the relocation to new office space to accommodate the rapid growth and future expansion plans. The new 4,500 s/f office located at 25 Robert Pitt Drive, Suite 200-F, Monsey, NY, is across the street from the old space and will provide capacity for increased customer support, sales and services and leadership functions across the company. The deal was brokered by Marten Grossman from Robert Pitt Professional Plaza.

Handler Real Estate Organization arranged a five-year lease on behalf of ownership at 36 East 20th Street, with BustedTees.com, taking the entire 4,700 s/f penthouse. The new location will serve as the headquarters for the firm, which produces ‘BustedTees’ t-shirts. BustedTees.com has been one of the leading Internet-based t-shirt brands since it launched in 2006. Handler Real Estate, is the exclusive leasing agent for 36 East 20th Street. Darell Handler along with Peter Newman represented ownership, 36 E 20th Street Realty Co., in the transaction. Ramsey Feher and William Iacovelli, of CBRE, represented the tenant.

Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates, Inc. (KDA) has arranged a 5,060 S/F expansion lease for Brooklyn Spice Co. at 294 Cooper Street in Bushwick. Jacques Wadler and Vincent Lopez of KDA represented the tenant and landlord, Celtibero LLC, in the deal. Brooklyn Spice Co. currently runs the business out of a 2,500 s/f warehouse at 225 Eagle Street in Greenpoint. Its retail end will remain on Eagle Street, while the wholesale side will be moved to 294 Cooper Street. The one-story building is column free and provides excellent retail exposure.

Newmark Grubb Knight Frank (NGKF) completed a five-year, 4,211 s/flease for ReviMedia at 44 Wall Street. The tenant was represented by NGKF’s Associate Director Todd Hershman. ReviMedia is an online lead generation company which is listed on Deloitte’s Technology Fast 500. Having outgrown and relocated into five different offices since its founding in 2009, ReviMedia relocated last month from its previous headquarters at 8 Beach Street to the largest of five new pre-built units at 44 Wall Street. Situated in the heart of the Downtown submarket, 44 Wall Street recently underwent a number of capital improvements targeting New York’s TAMI sector prior to its recent sale to Blackstone. The new office will be modern, open and collaborative, according to Hershman. The installation includes exposed ceilings, hard wood floors & ample glass enclosed offices & meeting rooms.

Adams & Co Real Estate completed nine transactions, totaling 26,035 s/f at 10 West 33rd Street. David Levy of Adams & Co represented the tenants as well as the landlord, Ten West Thirty Third Associates, in the following transactions:
- A 6,993-square-foot renewal for BII Corp. on the second floor of the building. Although the details of the transaction were not disclosed, asking rent was $55 per square foot. The tenant plans to use this space as offices and a showroom for shoes, apparel, and toys.
- A 2,603-square- foot renewal for Patricia Nash Designs, Inc. on the 10th floor of the building. Although the details of this transaction were not disclosed the asking rent was $60 per square foot. The fashion accessories company plans to use this space as offices and a showroom.
- A 2,373-square-foot renewal for The Alwin Co. on the seventh floor of the building. Although the details of the transaction were not disclosed, asking rent was $50 per square foot. The women’s fashion company plans to use this space as general and executive offices, as well as a showroom for handbags and accessories.
- A 2,350-square-foot renewal for Alliance Wholesale Corp. on the 10th floor of the building. Although the details of this transaction were not disclosed the asking rent was $55 per square foot. The men’s, boy’s, and children’s apparel company plans to use this space as offices and a showroom.
- A 2,322-square-foot renewal for Ray Enterprises of Chesapeake Walk, Inc. in the Penthouse of the building. Although the details of the transaction were not disclosed, the asking rent was $65 per square foot. The tenant plans to use this space as general and executive offices, as well as a showroom for fashion accessories.
- A 1,106-square-foot new lease for Footwear Headquarters, LLC on the 10th floor of the building. Although the details of the transaction were not disclosed, asking rent was $55 per square foot. The wholesale footwear company plans to use this space as offices and a showroom.
- A 684-square-foot renewal for Eileen Rosenberger 22 Print Studio on the 11th floor of the building. Although the details of the transaction were not disclosed, asking rent was $55 per square foot. The high-end women’s textile company plans to use this space as general and executive offices, as well as a showroom.

Managing Director Bradley Diamond of Lee & Associates BQLI has arranged a 10-year lease for Dollar Tree at 152 Middle Neck Road, between Kensington Gate and Cedar Drive. The tenant, known for its $1 prices on thousands of items in all categories, has taken immediate occupancy of the 10,200 s/f space that was previously a Rite Aid. Diamond represented the owner. Daniel Glazer of RIPCO Real Estate Corp represented the tenant with colleague Thomas Rettaliata.
