Portland-based pizza chain Sizzle Pie has just announced its first New York City location, a 6,000 s/f space right off of the Morgan L in Bushwick.
The restaurant is known for its menu emphasizing fresh ingredients (with vegan and gluten free options), its rock n’ roll atmosphere, and its clever, irreverent branding.
Sizzle Pie will be the only slice joint in the Morgan L area, and will be the only Bushwick pizza restaurant focusing on quality vegan and gluten free options. The location will have significant outdoor space.
Sizzle Pie has locations in Portland, Seattle, and Eugene. The Bushwick location will be Sizzle Pie’s sixth location to date.
The asking rent for the warehouse-turned-first generation retail space was $60 psf.
