Fisher Bros. seeing ROI at revamped 605 Third

Fisher Brothers has signed a new lease with Deluxe Financial Services at 605 Third Avenue, its modernized 1.1 million-square-foot, Class-A office tower in Midtown Manhattan.

Under the 10-year lease, FMCG Direct, a Deluxe Financial Services Company, will occupy 21,229 s/f across the entire 37th floor of the tower. The firm will relocate from 90 Park Avenue in the first quarter of 2019.

Deluxe Financial Services was represented by Ryan Tibbits and Harry Krausman of Cushman and Wakefield. Fisher Brothers was represented in-house by Marc S. Packman and Clark Briffel, as well as by Andrew Ross of Cushman & Wakefield.

With the signing, Fisher Brothers has secured 280,000 s/f of leases since completing a $25 million capital improvement program at 605 Third Avenue.

Recent lease include a 50,391 s/f deal with the Permanent Mission of Japan and a 19,871 s/f lease with the Turkish Consulate General.

Designed by David Rockwell and the Rockwell Group, the centerpiece of the renovation project was the creation of a brand new building entrance and more spacious lobby.

Fisher Brothers is also partnering with Convene to create an exclusive tenant amenity center at 605 Third Avenue. The seventh floor space, which will be serviced by Convene’s roster of hospitality professionals, will feature a gourmet café and a terrace with lounge seating areas.
