As a reflection of its growth and plans for additional expansion, EVO Real Estate Group has leased the entire 13,350 s/f 20th floor at 1430 Broadway, announced Dana Moskowitz, president of the firm.
The new space, into which EVO will relocate in April of next year, marks not just an increase in square footage (of over 4,000 s/f) from its current location at 462 Seventh Avenue, but a culmination of the firm’s evolution over the past year.
Since acquiring Winoker Realty in February, EVO has undergone a major rebrand, expanded on its services, ramped up its retail leasing and made several significant new hires, foremost among them veteran Arnold Gamberg, who sits on EVO’s executive committee.
EVO’s new space provides a defined area for each of the firm’s three major departments — brokerage, property management and accounting — allowing ample space for all to grow.
“This move comes during a highly eventful period for us,” said Moskowitz. “We’re actively recruiting, launching a new website, taking on a host of new clients.
“These new offices will reflect the vision we have for EVO and will enhance our culture and work environment.ˮ
