World Wide Land Transfer announced the acquisition of Landmarc National Title Agency and all of its New York based operations.
The move will help continue World Wide’s rapid growth, particularly in the NEw York market.
The company was recently named to Inc. 5000’s list of fastest growing companies.
Key personnel from Landmarc will remain under the World Wide umbrella, icnluding co-founders Marc Lawrence and Jeffrey Lender.
World Wide president Marc Shaw commented “I always had plans to make a major push in the New York City market and joining forces with as well established and prominent title insurance executives as Marc Lawrence and Jeffrey Lender helped accelerate our plans.”
The New York City team will also include Special Counsel Matthew Lehrer, VP of Business Development Tracy Seiler and Government Relations Specialist James Chin who is the former chairman of the Board of Standards and Appeals for the City of New York.
