On Thursday, August 15, Zetlin & De Chiara Partner Loryn P. Riggiola will be speaking on the panel “Understanding the Dispute Management Provisions Pursuant to the FIDIC and Other Industry Form Contract Documents and their Application to Mega Projects – An International and Domestic Construction ADR Overview ” at the American Arbitration Association – International Centre for Dispute Resolution (AAA-ICDR).
Riggiola and the other panelists will discuss the FIDIC, AIA, ConsensusDocs, EJCDC and other industry form contract documents and their application to mega projects, along with the AAA-ICDR’s perspectives on their construction cases.
