Dental implant manufacturer leases distribution center from Sanzari

Dental implant company HIOSSEN Implant has leased 23,000 square feet at 50 Maple Street in Norwood, N.J., one of six buildings comprising Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ Norwood industrial portfolio.

Stephen C. Jennings, Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ vice-president of leasing and marketing, arranged the lease in conjunction with Andrew Somple of NAI James E. Hanson. Mitch Helfman of MRH Real Estate Services Inc. represented the tenant.

HIOSSEN Implant, one of the top dental implant manufacturers in the world, is relocating its distribution operations to 50 Maple Street from Bucks County, Pa. The company develops innovative, high-quality and effective dental implants.

“The quality and functionality of 50 Maple Street, along with its proximity to our North American headquarters in Englewood Cliffs, was very attractive to us,” said Sean Bae, CFO. “The property is an ideal fit for our company’s needs.”

The lease signing follows a series of recently completed upgrades to 50 Maple Street including the redesign of the façade and main entry into the building; new exterior landscaping; and new interior lighting. All new tenants will be provided with new interior improvements designed to their specifications, including new code compliant restrooms.

Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ Norwood industrial portfolio is located at 335, 355, 375 and 385 Chestnut Street, and 10 and 50 Maple Street. It is situated in proximity to the Palisades Interstate Parkway, Route 9W, New York State Thruway, and George Washington and Tappan Zee bridges. Ceiling heights range from 16 to 18 feet, and abundant on-site parking is available. The buildings are functional for a variety of business purposes including light industrial, warehousing, high-tech or R&D tenants.

“The Norwood industrial portfolio offers a number of important advantages for companies seeking strategically located, state-of-the-art manufacturing and distribution space,” said Jennings.
