SL Green inks two deals at 521 Fifth Avenue

SL Green Realty announced two new leases at 521 Fifth Avenue.

NFP Corporate Services LLC, an international insurance broker and consultancy firm, has signed a 10-year and 5-month, 17,538 s/f lease to occupy the building’s entire 15th floor.

Douglass Winthrop Advisors, a New York City-based investment advisor, has signed a 10-year and 4-month, 12,394 s/f lease to occupy the entire 19th floor.

“521 Fifth is perfectly situated near major transit hubs and Bryant Park, providing tenants with plenty of transportation options and significant proximity to clients and services that will help them grow their business. We’re excited to help NFP and Douglass Winthrop Advisors achieve their business goals,” said Steve Durels, Executive Vice President at SL Green.

Located steps from Bryant Park, 521 Fifth Avenue is a pre-war office building featuring contemporary interiors and exceptional Manhattan skyline views.

The art-deco tower is already home to tenants Equinox Fitness, Royal Healthcare, Mortgage Industry Advisory Corp, Urban Outfitters, and CFC Capital.

NFP Corporate Services was represented by CBRE’s Michael Monahan, and Douglass Winthrop Advisors was represented by Patrick R. Heeg of Transwestern Consulting Group.

The landlord was represented in both transactions by Natasha Brown and the Cushman & Wakefield leasing team.
