On Thursday, September 4th, Cushman & Wakefield hosted the U.S. launch of the 2014 GRESB Survey results at the firm’s world headquarters office in Midtown Manhattan. Eric Duchon, Director of Sustainability Strategies at Cushman & Wakefield welcomed a crowd of 75 including real estate owners, managers, and service providers with an overview of Cushman & Wakefield’s 2014 Occupier Sustainability Briefing.
Nils Kok, Executive Director of GRESB presented the 2014 GRESB Survey results and moderated a panel discussion featuring Kevin Wenzel, Director, Head of Asset Management, Metlife Real Estate Investors, Wayne E. Zorger, Director, Client Services & Communications, UBS Realty Investors LLC, Steven Hason, Managing Director, Co-Head Americas Real Estate, APG Asset Management US Inc, and Eric Duchon.
