Cushman team brings pair of new hotels to market in Flushing

Cushman & Wakefield announced that the real estate services firm has been retained on an exclusive basis to market for sale 183-15 & 183-31 Horace Harding Expressway, two newly built hotels totaling 108,726 square feet, located in Flushing (Fresh Meadows), Queens, New York.

Preuss and Kevin Louie will be leading the marketing efforts on behalf of the property’s seller, East West Realty Development Group, LLC. “183-15 and 185-31 Horace Harding Expressway presents an investor with a rare opportunity to acquire Marriott branded hotels in one of the most thriving neighborhoods in Queens,” said Stephen R. 183-31 Horace Harding Expressway is a six-story, 49,476-square-foot structure located on Horace Harding Expressway North between 183rd and 185th street. Branded as a Fairfield Inn & Suites, the property is comprised of 95 guest rooms with on-grade and below-grade parking.

The buildings consist of a total of 218 rooms, fitness centers, conference rooms, lobby café and indoor/outdoor valet parking. The property can be delivered vacant. It is conveniently located off the Long Island Expressway, within close proximity to LaGuardia Airport.
