Cushman & Wakefield announced that the real estate services firm has arranged a 14,906 s/f, ten-year lease for Rubicon Project, an online advertising technology firm, for the entire 15th floor of Nomad Tower at 1250 Broadway.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Conor Kenny, Christine Colley and Jack Ortlieb represented the tenant in the transaction.
The landlord, Global Holdings, was represented by Mitch Konsker, Paul Glickman, Ben Bass, Dianna Biasotti, and Harley Dalton of JLL.
“The client was attracted to the recent renovations and amenities at Nomad Tower,” said Conor Kenny of Cushman & Wakefield. “With abundant access to public transportation that benefits commuters throughout the region, the centralized neighborhood suited Rubicon Project’s needs.”
1250 Broadway, also known as Nomad Tower, is a 39-story glass and steel tower encompassing an entire block front on Broadway between 31st and 32nd streets.
The building has recently undergone extensive renovations that include a new entrance, lobby and amenity spaces.
Tenant amenities in the building include an amphitheater, lounge, bike room, meeting spaces, a car garage and fitness center. The property is LEED Gold certified,
Energy Star certified and Wired Certified Gold. The building was acquired by Global Holdings in 2016.
Nomad Tower is located at the edge of the NoMad neighborhood in the heart of the 34th street shopping destination. The property is accessible to 12 subway lines and the PATH trains at Herald Square and Penn Station.
