Colliers team lands One Gateway Center exclusive

Colliers International Group Inc. has been retained as the exclusive leasing agent for One Gateway Center, a 544,000 s/f, Class-A office property in Newark.

The Colliers International team of Executive Managing Director Bryn Cinque and Managing Director Jim Bailey will serve as exclusive leasing agents for the property on behalf of Advance Realty, the building’s owner.

“We are extremely pleased to have the opportunity to represent Advance Realty on this important assignment,” said David A. Simon, SIOR, Executive Managing Director and Market Leader for the New Jersey operations of Colliers International.

“Bryn and Jim have extensive experience in the Newark market and a proven track record.”

The 26-story building — directly connected to a Hilton Hotel & Conference Center and Newark Penn Station — offers covered parking, an on-site, 30,000 s/ffood court and a full-service New York Sports Club fitness center.

“One Gateway Center is one of the most centrally located office buildings in Newark’s bustling downtown business district,” Cinque said.

“This Class-A property offers a wide range of amenities, unparalleled access to all modes of transportation, and an ownership team prepared to meet the needs of a wide array of tenant types.”

The property has approximately 150,000 s/f of remaining available space, ranging from 1,000 to 21,000 s/f.

A fully enclosed, direct skywalk connects One Gateway Center to Newark Penn Station, which serves Amtrak, NJ Transit and PATH trains.
