Colliers cooks up a deal for personal grocery service

Colliers International represented personalized grocery service, Hungryroot in a lease for 10,000 s/f at 7 West 22nd Street in the Flatiron District.

Executive Director Sheena Gohil and Associate Director Jack Senske represented the tenant, while the CBRE team of Paul Amrich, Neil King, Alexander Golod and Georgina Cook represented the owner, Chang Realty Associates.

“Our office requires a full test kitchen which made it challenging to find a suitable space in Manhattan,” said Ben McKean, CEO and Founder of Hungryroot. “We’re very satisfied with our new office in the Spinning Wheel building, as it accommodates our current team size as well as our projected growth plan. ”

Hungryroot’s previous office was based in a co-working space at 41 East 11th Street.
