Cassidy Turley was selected as the new leasing and management agency for 551 Madison Avenue. The LEED Certified, 150,000 s/f property is located at the northeast corner of 55th Street. The team was lead by Jim Frederick, Executive Managing Director, Principal of Cassidy Turley.
The new assignment is a testament to the quality of client service and the strength of relationships that the Cassidy Turley team cultivates. Peter Occhi, Managing Director of Cassidy Turley will also play a role in the management of the account. Since Cassidy Turley had assisted Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers with previous underwriting enterprises, the team was able to act swiftly once the asset became available.

There is currently 15,682 square feet of available space including the entire second floor of 7,325 square feet, a 4,482-square-foot space on the third floor and 3,875 square feet on the 11th floor. The largest tenant at 551 Madison is Lacoste, which leases five floors. Other prominent leaseholders include DeBeers Jewelers, Milestone Venture Partners and Omni Hotels.
