Brazilian conglomerate takes floor at 375 Park Avenue

RFR Realty LLC announced a full-floor lease with JBS USA Holdings Inc., the U.S. unit of a Brazilian conglomerate, at 375 Park Avenue.

Including this deal 375 Park Avenue has seen over 140,000 square feet of leasing activity in 2015.

“This has been a great year for 375 Park Avenue as we continue to attract and retain global business tenants,” said AJ Camhi, Senior Vice President and Director of Leasing at RFR.

JBS USA leased an entire tower floor, taking a total of 18,214 square feet.

Tito Ghose and Dina Scheinman of Halstead’s Commercial Division represented the tenant in the
lease.

Camhi along with Matt Astrachan, Jon Fanuzzi, and Matt Polhemus of JLL represented RFR in the JBS USA deal and several other recent transactions below.

MDC Acquisition Partners, represented by Jonathan Mechanic of law firm Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver
& Jacobson, leased 3,180 square feet.  Cindat, represented by Robert Thuss and Tim Kuhn of Colliers, leased 2,691 square feet.

AQM Capital LLC leased 2,800 square feet.  DAK Investments (US) Corp., represented by Jonathan Anapol of Prime Manhattan Commercial, leased 2,941 s/f . RFR has recently released a new prebuilt program on the 31st  floor, offering suites ranging from 1,600 to 5,500 square feet.
