A 3,200 s/f retail space on Billionaire’s Row has come to market.
The Worldwide Retail Marketing, Leasing and Sales Team of Faith Hope Consolo, at Douglas Elliman was awarded the exclusive agency for the second floor retail space at 41 West 57th Street.
Upstairs from bistro Betony, the space previously occupied by J. Sisters Spa and Beauty Salon has 30 feet of frontage on 57th Street.

Between Fifth Avenue and Avenue of the Americas, the 1925 building is across from Nobu and Rue 57, on the same block as Bergdorf Goodman and Bulgari, and a block from hotels Le Parker Meridien, The Quin, The Park Hyatt and Central Park.
