A new craft beer joint is coming to Turtle Bay.
Buchbinder & Warren Realty Group announced it brokered a 10-year lease for The Greats of Craft at 983 First Avenue at the corner of 54th Street and IFrst Avenue.
Created by three hospitality industry veterans, the bar will have a unique selection of craft brews, as well as offer wines, spirits and small plates in a relaxed setting.
William Abramson and Daniel Rodriguez Sains of Buchbinder & Warren represented the landlord in the lease for 1,100 s/f. Halstead’s Eric Rohe represented the tenant.
