Avison Young’s New Jersey office has been named the exclusive office leasing agent for 25 Hanover Road, The Silverman Group’s 135,000 s/f class-A office complex in Florham Park, NJ.
The property comprises two mirror-image, three-story office buildings separated by a landscaped center garden.
Vice president Peter C. Hedley is managing the assignment on behalf of The Silverman Group.
“Between the recent building renovations we have undertaken, and the revitalization of downtown Florham Park, 25 Hanover Road has maintained a very low vacancy rate in recent years,” said Blake Silverman, president of The Silverman Group.
“We are confident that, given the company’s track record, Avison Young will continue to capitalize on the strong market position of this corporate complex.”
