Charity Art Show

May 9: Josh Berger, a managing director at Norman Bobrow & Company, will exhibit over 75 of his original art creations in a charity art show with a silent auction at 80 Maiden Lane from 6 to 8 p.m.. All proceeds will go to the Lower East Side Girls Club. the works will be also be on exhibit from 9 am to 4 pm in the 7,000 square foot ground-floor vacant retail space in the office building owned by the Wasserman Family & Normandy Partners who have donated the space for the show

JASA Gala

May 16: Stephen M. Ross, chairman and founder of Related Cos. has been named as the first recipient of JASA’s Visionary Award, which will be presented at the Agency’s 50th Anniversary Gala Celebration being held at Hudson Yards. The award was created to honor individuals whose philanthropic works have had a lasting impact on New York and the organization serving the needs of more than 43,000 older adults. NAIOP Awards Gala

May 10: The New Jersey Chapter of NAIOP Gala at The Palace at Somerset Park in Somerset, will honor Jon F. Hanson, chairman of The Hampshire Companies, with the Lifetime Achievement Award. Mack-Cali Realty Corporation CEO Michael J. DeMarco and Jeffrey J. Milanaik, partner, Northeast Region with Bridge Development Partners, will be honored with the Impact Award. Stan Danzig, vice chairman of Cushman & Wakefield, will be recognized with the Industry Service Award. Woodbridge Mayor John E. McCormac will receive the Caren S. Franzini Public Partner Award. Arts Benefit

May 22: The Barrow Group, a performing arts organization, will honor Howard M.
