GFP Real Estate (GFP) announced that Neighborhood Housing signed a 10-year, 12,000 s/f lease renewal at 307 West 36th Street.
The 220,000 s/f pre-war property in Midtown West is jointly owned by GFP and the Yagoda family.
The announcement was made by co-CEOs Eric Gural and Brian Steinwurtzel of GFP Real Estate. Barbara Yagoda represented the ownership in the transaction.
“We’re excited that Neighborhood Housing will call 307 West 36th Street home for many more years,” said Yagoda.
“The renewed commitment by the tenant speaks to our exceptional asset management skills, as we are continually looking to invest in each of our assets in order to provide our tenants with the best experience possible.”
This lease follows on the heels of a 14,000 s/f, full-floor headquarters lease with Urbahn Architects, an architecture and planning firm.
