Adams & Co. brokered a 12,083 s/f new lease at 11 East 26th Street for Reorg Research, Inc.
Relocating from 1140 Broadway, the company will use the entire 12th floor of the 21-story building in the Madison Square Park neighborhood as an office space.
James Buslik, principal of Adams & Co. represented the landlord, East Twenty Sixth Associates. Michael Joseph and Taylor Bell of Colliers International NY LLC represented the tenant.Asking rent was $65 per square foot.
