Adams. & Co. brings analysts to Madison Square

Adams & Co. brokered a 12,083 s/f new lease at 11 East 26th Street for Reorg Research, Inc.

Relocating from 1140 Broadway, the company will use the entire 12th floor of the 21-story building in the Madison Square Park neighborhood as an office space.


James Buslik, principal of Adams & Co. represented the landlord, East Twenty Sixth Associates. Michael Joseph and Taylor Bell of Colliers International NY LLC represented the tenant.Asking rent was $65 per square foot.

“11 East 26th Street is easily accessible by the subway and offers striking views of Madison Square Park,” said Buslik. “The office building is located in the center of the Madison Square Park neighborhood and is ideal for Reorg Research because the firm needed a larger workplace and wanted to stay in the area. The spacious, open layout at 11 East 26th Street provides the desired size and location for the company, which committed to the space for the next 10 years.”

Located between Fifth and Madison Avenues, 11 East 26th Street was built in 1912. The 217,991 s/f building overlooking Madison Square Park offers tenants 24/7 access, a lobby attendant, on site security and close proximity to public transit.

Tenants iinclude the National Museum of Mathematics, Hewlett Packard, Humanscale, Bluewolf Inc., East/West Institute and Turner & Townsend Ferzan Robbins.
