Abramson Brothers Incorporated recently brokered a 15-year, 7,713 s/f new lease for Valley National Bank at 71 West 47th Street in the Diamond District.
Alan and Adam Abramson worked on behalf of the landlord, while Michael Blum of CBRE represented the tenant in the transaction.
The space is comprised of 7,713 s/f throughout three-levels, with the main storefront 3,900 s/f, the upper level 2,007 s/f and the lower level 1,805 s/f.
