Lee & Associates NYC represented landlord, 352 Park Avenue South Associates LLC, in a new long-term lease with Zwicker Electric Company at 352 Park Avenue South.
The electrical work and services company will relocate from nearby 360 Park Avenue to occupy the entire ninth floor of the building.
A Lee & Associates NYC team of Richard Plehn, Woody King, and Alan Friedman represented 352 Park Avenue South Associates in the transaction. Marc Shapses and Seth Wasserman of Savills represented Zwicker Electric Co.

Built in 1932, 352 Park Avenue South is a 16-story Art Nouveau building located at 25th Street with 24-hour lobby coverage and tenant-controlled HVAC systems. The building neighbors Madison Square Park and is located between both Gramercy Park and NoMad.
