Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has expanded its Westchester County office in downtown White Plains, according to John J. Kerin, president and chief executive officer.
J.D. Parker, first vice president, will continue to oversee the office as its regional manager. Parker also oversees the firm’s Manhattan and New Haven, Conn., offices.
The Westchester office is located at 50 Main Street.

In addition to its newly expanded offices in downtown White Plains, Marcus & Millichap also recently expanded its Manhattan office at 270 Madison Avenue to make room for the planned hiring of another 35 employees.
The firm also opened a new office in Boston’s financial district at 100 High Street.
