The Witkoff Group has a new Porsche for the residential broker who does most to sell out 515 East 72.
At a broker event over the holidays, Norma-Jean Callahan, sales manager and member of Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group, announced that the building is now 70 percent sold.
The 41-story, fully renovated property provides the services and amenities of a five-star hotel. “The full collection of amenities at 515 East 72 has drawn a vast range of buyers — first time buyers, families and owners from as far away as China and as close as neighboring blocks who enjoy the 24-7 concierge, valet parking and exceptional views,” said Callahan.
Witkoff – who took over the project with partner Wetsbrook in 2011 – also announced new broker incentives that include a 36-month lease and insurance payments for a new Porsche, of their choosing, for brokers who sell $10 million in the 515 East 72 tower between now and March 31, 2013.
Dinner at Rao’s (8-10 people) and a $10,000 gift card is also on the table for the brokerage office that executes the highest dollar volume of sales, over $5 million, between now and March 31, 2013, compliments of The Witkoff Group.
Developer Steve Witkoff, chairman of The Witkoff Group, told guests at a recent broker party, “I hope you will return and earn that Porsche – 515 East 72 has so much to offer a purchaser that it is hard to find a building to compare it to.”
