Winter Org. welcomes talent advisory to Meatpacking property

Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the real estate services firm has arranged a 7,105-square-foot lease for GQR Global Markets, a global talent acquisition and advisory firm, at 404-408 West 14th Street.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Nick Masi represented the tenant in the transaction. Anthony Sciacca and Robert Silver of Newmark represented the landlord, The Winter Organization.

“GQR wanted to identify a neighborhood where their employees would feel energized and excited to return to the office,” Masi said. “Company culture is important to them, so it was crucial to be in a location with easy access to trendy restaurants, high-end retail and more.”

404-408 West 14th Street, located in Chelsea, is a four-story office building that totals 51,560 square feet.
