WHO’S NEWS: Residential appointments & promotions

Brown Harris Stevens Development Marketing (BHSDM) announced that Jean Clement has joined the team as sales director, managing on-site sales at The Leyton at 1059 Third Avenue in Manhattan.
Clement joins the firm after eight years with Toll Brothers, where she was director of sales, leading sales and marketing for four ground-up luxury developments totaling over $995 million in sell-outs.
Before that, she was a senior vice president at Bellmarc Real Estate, where she spent nine years and specialized in condominium and cooperative sales transactions in Manhattan and Brooklyn.
Clement is also an owner and partner in four restaurants and bars; Clem’s and The Richardson in Williamsburg, Brooklyn; as well as Duke’s and Babo in Nashville, Tennessee.

Modern Spaces announced that Christina DeCurtis will return to the firm after a three year stint at Compass.
She will serve as sales director of CORE23 and founder of the Christina DeCurtis Team with members Kareline Guzman and Casey Furlong.
DeCurtis brings 12 years of experience (and over $350 million in residential sales) to Modern Spaces. She has sold/leased eight new developments in Queens and worked with developers such as Hudson Equities, Kaufman Astoria Studios and Paramount.

Realogy Holdings Corp. announced the appointment of Felicia Williams to its Board of Directors.
Williams, a longtime Macy’s senior finance executive, will join Realogy’s Audit Committee and has been designated an Audit Committee Financial Expert by the Board.
Williams has served in senior finance leadership roles at Macy’s, Inc. for the past 17 years, including as an executive officer of the company in the roles of interim chief financial officer and enterprise risk officer in 2020 and senior vice president, controller and enterprise risk officer from 2016 to 2020.
Before Macy’s, Williams served across key corporate finance functions, such as treasury, investor relations, risk management, financial services, financial planning and analysis, and internal audit.
From 1994 to 2002, she served in a variety of treasury and finance positions at The Coca-Cola Company and as Chief Audit Executive for The Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company from 2002 to 2004.
Williams currently serves on the Board of Directors for Meridian Bioscience, a publicly traded company, where she has chaired the Audit Committee since September 2018.

Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty has promoted S.J. Yun to Senior Director, Digital Strategy.
Hired two years ago as Digital Marketing Manager, Yun has been a key player in the success of the company’s digital marketing campaigns, brand development strategy, and overall vision and content.
He previously held key marketing roles with well-known Fortune 500 conglomerates, including NBC Universal, WWE and Verizon Wireless.
He also contributed to video production and commercial operations for the 2006 Torino and 2008 Beijing Olympics.
Yun is a graduate of LaGuardia High School and the school of Music, Art, and Performing Arts.

SERHANT. announced that 12 new agents from six different brokerage houses across New York City have joined the firm.
Amy Herman has been in the real estate industry nearly 20 years and was most recently part of the Serhant Team at Nest Seekers International. Over the course of her career, Herman has closed nearly $600 million in sales.
Brad Mohr has closed over $200 million in sales, including a unit at the iconic One57. With over nine years in real estate, he joins SERHANT. from Nest Seekers International.
Carlos Simoes joins SERHANT. from Modern Spaces as part of the Kayla Lee Team to support its growth in the Long Island City market.
Charisse Chassen was previously with the Serhant Team at Nest Seekers International. She over 10 years of experience and most recently completed the sale of an Upper East Side townhouse for $8.995 million.
Chloe Tucker specializes in real estate on the Upper East Side, in SoHo and Flatiron, and in the sale of off-market properties. She was most recently affiliated with Douglas Elliman Real Estate and joins as part of Amy Herman’s team.
Kitt Bua is a seven year veteran of the industry most recently affiliated with Halstead Real Estate. He joins the McPeak Team at SERHANT. and specializes in the South and Western Brooklyn markets.
Lauren Jones specializes in selling real estate in both Manhattan and Maine. She joins the firm from The Corcoran Group.
Maggie Chong has nearly a decade in real estate and also joins from The Corcoran Group. She covers the Brooklyn and Manhattan markets and, over the course of her career, has closed over $85 million in sales.
Michael Molina specializes in the Long Island City condo market, as well as working with first-time buyers. He will join the Kayla Lee Team after most recently wrking with Modern Spaces.
Nile Lundgren is joining SERHANT. from Compass. He has over 13 years of experience and has closed over $100 million in sales, including the recent sale of an $18 million mansion in Miami Beach.
Samir Vogan also joins from Compass. He specializes in the Upper East Side and Williamsburg markets and currently serves as the managing agent for the Lewis Steel Building, an industrial conversion in Brooklyn.
With seven years in real estate, Talia McKinney joins SERHANT. from Nest Seekers International. She has a range of expertise working with new developments, resales, townhouses and renters across the city. McKinney counts professional athletes, celebrities and celebrity trainers among her clientele.
