Guaranteed Rate announced that David Fallarino has joined its New York City office as branch manager and senior vice president of mortgage lending.
Fallarino will be based out of the company’s regional office at 750 Lexington Ave., reporting to regional manager Melissa L. Cohn,.
Fallarino joins the firm from Sterling National Bank in New York City, where he served as vice president and branch manager, overseeing branches in Manhattan and Poughkeepsie, N.Y., which were responsible for more than $750 million in loan volume during his tenure.
He joined the company in 2003 as a mortgage loan officer, and was named a top producing loan officer by the bank for three years running from 2004 through 2006. He began his career as a financial advisor for UBS.
Fallarino holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Towson University.

Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty announced that Rand New City, NY office manager, JP Endres has been installed as the New York State Association of REALTORS 2014 President.
Endres is a licensed broker and has been a REALTOR for 19 years. She’s a past president of the Westchester County Board of REALTORS and was REALTOR of the Year in 2004.
She has served on multiple NYSAR committees and is a 2009 graduate of the NYSAR Leadership Academy.

Urban Compass announced the addition of Takeshi “Takk” Yamaguchi, formerly one of Town Residential’s top grossing and listing side agents.
Yamaguchi has exclusively represented more than $100 million worth of real estate assets during his career.
In addition to the two dozen exclusive listings he will be bringing to Urban Compass, Yamaguchi will be managing the sponsor units at The Corinthian, in Murray Hill, where Urban Compass has an exclusive relationship.
Yamaguchi has been the recipient of several industry awards in recent years, including Rookie of the Year (2009), Top Rental Agent (2009, 2010), and Top Rental Lister (2010).
Yamaguchi is also an accomplished musician who currently performs with the New Amsterdam Symphony Orchestra in New York City.

Keller Williams NYC (KWNYC) announced the addition of Janet Wilkinson and Susan LeFevre to the sales team.
The two agents, who work as a team, join after a successful run at the Corcoran Group.
Prior to KWNYC, Janet Wilkinson spent four years as a licensed associate broker at Corcoran, where she was awarded Rookie of the Year in 2010 and a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Club in 2012.
Wilkinson began her career at Bankers Trust before becoming a managing director at Deutsche Bank.
Susan LeFevre joins KWNYC from Corcoran as a licensed real estate salesperson.
Prior to Corcoran, LeFevre was also a managing director at Deutsche Bank. She brings over 25 years of finance experience to her career in real estate.

Warburg Realty announced Susanne Rhow has joined the firm as a licensed associate real estate broker.
She will be part of a team led by Warburg agent Christine Miller Martin.
Rhow comes to Warburg after holding senior level positions at Saks Fifth Avenue, Estee Lauder International, and Sotheby’s Auction House.
Most recently, she was SVP of Partnerships for luxury marketing company, Axcess Worldwide
Rhow was born in Seoul and had an international upbringing before settling in New York City.
She graduated from Stuyvesant High School and Georgetown University, with additional studies at La Sorbonne in Paris and Sotheby’s Auction House in London.

The duo will be based out of Elliman’s 137 Waverly Place office in the West Village.
Reid Price began his career at Douglas Elliman in 1996 where he worked with Helene Luchnick, a pioneer in new development sales.
Today he is leading his own sales with some of New York’s most intriguing projects. His most notable new developments include 525 West 22nd Street, 158 Mercer Street, 285 Lafayette Stree. He is currently overseeing sales at The Sterling Mason, located at 71 Laight Street.
