Douglas Elliman Real Estate announced that Douglas Williford has joined the firm as the new manager of its 90 Hudson Street office in TriBeCa.
In this leadership role, Williford will oversee the day to day operations of the office and its agents, working alongside Amy Hill, Assistant Executive Manager of Sales.
Williford, a New York Residential Specialist, is an active member of REBNY. His is on the Residential Brokerage Committee and the Residential Branch Managers Committee.
He began his career in real estate at Warburg, where he launched a successful career as a well-respected and high-producing agent in just a few years.
Previously, he spent a decade working as an actor and was featured in film, television and commercial projects. He holds a BBA in Marketing from Mercer University.

Douglas Elliman Real Estate announce that Deborah Lupard has joined the firm’s 774 Broadway office.
Lupard is one of New York City’s most accomplished brokers with many years of experience, specializing in Tribeca, Brooklyn and lower Manhattan.
She is known for her former role on HGTV’s hit reality television series Selling New York, where she appeared working with clients and properties throughout New York City.
Lupard joins Elliman from Warburg Realty, where she began her real estate career and became the firm’s top broker in the Tribeca office. She has since sold over $100 million dollars in properties.
Prior to real estate, Lupard was an assistant director on feature films for Martin Scorsese and Oliver Stone. She is a member of the Director’s Guild of America.

TOWN Residential announced that Prince Dockery and longtime team members Jason Perkal and Jackie Soussan have joined TOWN Gramercy Park, led by Ari LeFauve, Managing Director, and Gary Lacy, Sales Director.
The award winning Prince Team provides a wide range of services, from assisting multi-million dollar buyers, to identifying large-scale development projects, to first time renters.
Team leader Prince Dockery is a Texas native, a Harvard alum, and currently resides in downtown Manhattan.
With a breadth of knowledge that ranges from residential sales, financing, taxes to insurance and hospitality operations management, team member Jason Perkal is a Certified Property Manager and active member of a number of downtown associations including the Downtown Alliance.
He is a New York native and a member of the American Israel Public Affairs Committee.
Jackie Soussan is a 10-year veteran of the New York real estate market.
The team joins TOWN from Douglas Elliman.

John Magnani, commercial division sales manager at Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty, has been appointed to the Associate Board of the Commercial Industrial Brokers Society of Long Island (CIBS).
A veteran of commercial real estate since 1984 and a licensed associate broker, Magnani began his career as an investment broker with The Windsor Group in Manhattan.
Since joining Daniel Gale in 2009, he has helped to expand the company’s Commercial Division and also facilitates training modules for new agents. He was recognized in 2012 as a CoStar Power Broker.
Magnani received a BA in Religious Studies and Philosophy from Queens College.
