Coldwell Banker Commercial Alliance (CBC Alliance) announced that Karen Dome has joined the firm as a Managing Principal to lead and expand the firm’s investment sales platform in Manhattan and the boroughs.
A leader in the industry for more than 25 years, Dome has brokered investment sales, asset management and dispositions of assets in excess of $700 million.
She has served as a real estate advisor for owners, REIT’s and other institutional investors offering expertise in the purchase and sale of office, multifamily, industrial, hospitality, development, retail and net-leased assets.
Prior to joining CBC Alliance, Dome was a senior associate at Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services.
Earlier in her career, she founded an investment sales firm, Justdan Realty, specializing in the acquisition and disposition of assets in the not-for-profit sector.
Dome is a former two-time president of the New York chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women’s Network – NY (CREW NY), a national association with a membership of more than 9,500 industry professionals.
She has chaired the Real Estate Board of New York’s (REBNY) Commercial Management Council and is an active member of the New York Building Congress and International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
Stonehenge NYC announced that Andrew Samuels has been appointed Associate Counsel.
Samuels joins Stonehenge NYC from Belkin Burden Wenig & Goldman, LLP where he served as an associate.
At BBWG, he represented real estate clients in a variety of fields, was the head point of contact for the company’s condominium group and a member of BBWG’s non-payment and foreclosure departments.
In his new role, Samuels will focus on rent regulation compliance and tenant relations for the Stonehenge NYC legal department.
He joins Richard Cohen, General Counsel, Sara Zucker, Associate Counsel and Guy Lometti, Associate Counsel.
Samuels received a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology of Law, Deviance and Criminology from the University of Michigan and a Juris Doctorate with a Certificate of Real Estate Law from Brooklyn Law School.

Promoting Chris Roach and Richard Dagnall adds service-line power in their respective roles as president of Valuation & Advisory and president of Assessment.
As Executive Chairman, Diane Butler will guide the organization as the liaison between the Board of
Directors and firm management. Chris Roach was promoted to President of Valuation and Advisory Services. In this role, he is responsible for all operations and team members of the Valuation and
Advisory Services side of BBG.
Roach previously served as Senior Managing Director of the Western Region, which has seen significant growth under his leadership.
Roach has risen through the ranks since re-joining the firm in 2009. He previously served as a Vice President for LandAmerica Valuation Corporation with extensive experience in commercial real estate valuation and management.
Preceding LandAmerica, he served as a Senior Appraiser at Butler Burgher, Inc. from 2002 to 2007.
Richard Dagnall was promoted to President of Assessment Services. He will direct all operations and team members of the Assessment Services side of BBG.
Dagnall joined BBG in October 2015, as Senior Managing Director in the Houston office. Prior to joining BBG, Dagnall served as Senior Managing Director of Assessment & Consulting Services with CBRE, Inc., where he was instrumental in growing the firm’s due diligence practice into one of the industry’s leading providers of assessment services.
Chris Belknap recently joined BBG as Chief Financial Officer. Belknap has over 12 years of experience in finance and operations.
Prior to his current position, he served as Vice President Finance and Corporate Controller at Ryan, LLC, an international team responsible for global financial reporting and analysis, tax and compliance, treasury. He has also worked at Haynes and Boone, LLP for 10 years as Controller and Financial Consultant.
Diane Butler moved into the role of Executive Chairman. She will guide the organization and serve as the liaison between the Board of Directors and the executive team.

Katherine Farley is a Senior Managing Director at real estate company Tishman Speyer, where she is responsible for the Brazil and China business and oversees Global Corporate Marketing.
Farley served on the Board Trustees from 1998-2009, during which time she was a member of the executive committee, before joining the Board of Overseers from 2009 to 2015.
She is currently the Chairman of Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts and a Trustee of Rockefeller University and the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation. She has also previously served as a Trustee of Brown University.
Tracy Wolstencroft is President and CEO of the global executive search firm, Heidrick & Struggles.
Previously he was a longstanding partner at Goldman Sachs where, over the course of a 25-year career, he led a wide range of businesses in the United States, Asia and Latin America.
Wolstencroft has served on the IRC board since 2008, during which time he has chaired the Finance Committee. He also serves on other prominent boards including the Brookings Institution and the National Geographic Society.
The Association for a Better Long Island (ABLI) has appointed John Racanelli as General Counsel for the organization which represents more than $15 billion in commercial, industrial, retail and residential properties on Long Island.
Racanelli, a partner with the Uniondale based firm Farrell Fritz, focuses his practice on commercial real estate acquisitions, development, leasing, financing and construction.
His prior professional background allowed him to pursue a dual role as both principal and general counsel of a prominent real estate development and construction business which built some 13 million square feet of commercial and industrial space.
Racanelli formerly chaired the board of directors of the Long Island Association. He has served as a director of the Long Island Builders Institute, the Action Committee for Long Island, the Association for a Better Long Island and the Huntington Township Chamber of Commerce, which he chaired.
Racanelli received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, in 1969 from New York University School of Law where he was research editor of the Law Review. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Georgetown University in 1966.

NAI James E. Hanson announced that Blaise P. Bozzelli will join its Morris County office, at its new Parsippany location, as a sales associate.
Bozzelli is a 25-year veteran in the commercial real estate industry and will focus on sales and leasing in the Northern New Jersey marketplace, specializing in office and industrial.
Most recently, Bozzelli spent seven years with CRESA as a tenant representative.
Specifically, Bozzelli was responsible for all commercial real estate on behalf of Ajilon Finance Corporation with over 260 facilities and offices throughout the United States.
In addition, Blaise worked within Hollister Construction as Vice President of Business Development.
He holds a Master’s Degree in marketing with a minor in finance from Fairleigh Dickenson University.
