Warburg goes AI route with social media deal

Warburg Realty is partnering with Adfenix to provide social media advertising for all of their exclusive listings.

Warburg is the first brokerage in NYC to offer Adfenix’s social media advertising as a standard marketing tool for all their exclusive sales listings.

In addition to syndicating to top local, national and international consumer-facing real estate portals, advertising listings on social media provides an additional boost of exposure with over 2.3 billion monthly active users on Facebook alone.

Powered by Adfenix’s artificially intelligent algorithm that creates audiences based on unique website visitor data, Warburg Realty is now able to hyper-target potential buyers most likely to be interested in their listings specifically.

“Using Adfenix has resulted in a significant boost of exposure for my sales listings, all of which reached more than 3500 potential buyers online in the first two weeks after the campaign began,” said Lisa Larson, an associate broker at Warburg Realty.

“In the case of 5 Riverside Drive, 10 percent of my showings were to buyers who said they only saw the listing on Instagram or Facebook.”

Adfenix works with over 2,000 real estate companies in 13 countries including the United Kingdom, Scandinavia, Australia, New Zealand and France. Since their inception in 2014, Adfenix has grown, on average, 300 percent per year.
