Trion Real Estate Management has added five new residential complexes in Westchester to its roster, bringing its real estate management portfolio to over 1,700 units throughout 28 properties.
The Trion team was selected to take over the management of: Whiteoak Condominiums in White Plains; Boulder Condominiums in Bronxville; The Commons Cooperative in Peekskill; 90 N 5th Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn; and 165 W 127th Street, in Harlem, announced Carmelo Milio, CPM, president of Trion Real Estate Management.
Whiteoak Condominium at 36 Greenridge Avenue in White Plains is a development of 40 townhouse-style condo units.
Trion will also manage the 84 luxury condos at Boulder Condominium; 137 luxury co-ops at The Commons in Peekskill; 23 unit luxury condo at 90 N5th Street, Brooklyn NY and; 52 unit and 7 store building at 165 W 127th St. in Harlem.
