Transwestern tapped to lease business park

Transwestern’s New Jersey office has been selected as the exclusive leasing agent for a four-building business park on Princess Road in Lawrence Township, New Jersey.

Transwestern managing director Jeffrey Furey will lease the 125,000 s/f complex on behalf of its owner, TMC Properties LLC.

Furey, who recently joined Transwestern, has been the longtime leasing agent for the properties at 9, 11, 15 and 17 Princess Road, where his efforts have resulted in a nearly 10 percent decrease in vacancy.

“Jeff has proven to be one of the most successful commercial brokerage professionals in the Mercer County submarket,” said Seamus Gilson, executive vice president for TMC Properties.
“We have no doubt he will remain a valued partner and ensure the existing vacant space throughout the complex is quickly absorbed.”

Located on an 11.3-acre site in Mercer County’s industrial cluster and minutes from Interstates 295 and 95 and Routes 1 and 206, the business park offers access to all of the area’s major roads and highways.

The flex buildings offer drive-in capability for cars, vans and small trucks, as well as one loading dock for each 5,000-square-foot section of 11 Princess Road.

“There is approximately 3.3 million square feet of flex building inventory in Mercer County, none of which offers the range of selection and stable ownership that can be found at this Princess Road complex,” Furey said. “Here are various key features of this property that have been driving interest from a wide range of commercial sectors. I look forward to leasing the remaining space to tenants seeking flexible space conducive to business growth.”
