Transwestern takes on Commerce Center

Transwestern Commercial Services (TCS) has been retained as the exclusive broker for 45 Horsehill Road in Cedar Knolls, New Jersey.

Renamed to Morristown North Commerce Center, the property is a 146,175 s/f multitenant industrial/flex property.

Managing Directors Lori Zuck and Jeffrey Furey and associate broker Matthew McHale are leading the assignment.

Constructed in 1987, Morristown North Commerce Center is a two-story property that spans 14 acres. It currently has 32,997 s/f of office/lab/cleanroom space and 14,322 s/f of office space available for lease. Current tenants include Niagara, QPharma, Promethod Sports and Fitness, General Electric Company, Niche Inc. and Myos Corp.

“Morristown North Commerce Center presents a unique space that is ideal for diverse uses, such as life sciences, manufacturing, warehouse and distribution, office, and medical office,” Zuck said.

“The property provides the space and flexibility to match the variety of businesses in the region, while being situated in a prime
location that will help attract and retain talent.”
