Thor Equities announced it has leased 2,400 s/f at 933 Broadway to Godiva Cafe.
Offering a menu of new aitems including the Croiffle, freshly baked goods, coffee drinks, tea and an array of Godiva chocolates, this is the sixth location for the Café in NYC as well as the US.
Situated steps from Madison Square Park, Eataly NYC, the Flatiron Building, Union Square Park, and a number of renowned restaurants and boutiques, the neighborhood is one of the most coveted and highly trafficked in the city.

Built in 1902, 933 Broadway is comprised of three historic buildings that were restored and redeveloped by Thor Equities in 2012.
The property is also home to co-tenants including popular eatery Le Pain Quotidien and neighborhood staple Flatiron Wine & Spirits. Located between West 21st and West 22nd Streets, the property was once home to the original Gordon Novelty Company.
Virginia Pittarelli, Christine Jorge, and Elizabeth Johnson of Crown Retail represented Godiva and Thor Equities represented themselves in the transaction.
