SL Green Realty Corp announced that Teknion LLC, a designer of high-end workplace products ranging from furniture to textiles to graphics and literature, signed a 21,981 s/f renewal lease covering the entire second floor of 641 Avenue of the Americas.
“We are delighted to continue our valued relationship with Teknion, a global, solution-oriented, design-driven tenant whose business culture aligns perfectly with the creative culture of 635-41 Avenue of the Americas,” said Steven Durels, executive vice president and director of leasing and real property for SL Green, who added that the building is 100 percent leased following a recent top to bottom redevelopment.”
Other tenants within the building include Infor and CookFox Architects.
Brad Needleman, Chris Mansfield and Alexander Golod of CBRE represented Teknion in the transaction while Jeremy Bier and Larry Swiger represented the landlord in-house.
