A new Technology Village is expected to be a big draw at this years NYC Real Estate Expo on October 8.
It is anticipated that some 3,500 professionals representing every facet of the commercial and residential real estate industry will plan their day around the event at Midtown Manhattan’s New York Hilton.

Technology Village is a new component of the ashow and will be a primary focal point in the Expo’s exhibit hall.
It will feature 12 of the most innovative real estate technology companies, from start-ups to established brands, that provide products and services to all aspects of real estate.
There will be 15-minute breakout sessions from 8 a.m. to noon in the where thought leaders will present on a range of game-changing real estate topics.
There will be a panel on “Technology: How Disruptive Ideas Are Revolutionizing the Industry & What the Future Holds,” where industry pioneers will focus on the future of buying, selling and financing properties and how technology is facilitating the change.
Anthony Kazazis, NYCREE founder and executive director, said, “New York City is now the number two hub in the U.S. for developing and deploying emerging technologies for our industry, behind Silicon Valley and ahead of the Cambridge/Boston region.

Local, national and international real estate media companies will be out in force at the Expo, including NTD-TV, a Chinese TV network that broadcasts to mainland China.
